Tough Veggie was founded for those who do things the right way. What we think is right is lifting with intention (not ego) in the gym, taking nutrition seriously, and being true to yourself everyday.
We don't need flashy gear or a perfect physique to crush a workout. We don't need the latest supplements or eating fads to maintain a healthy diet. A "Tough Veggie" doesn't just pop up out of the ground and call it a day, we put in the work to ripen.
